Birthday Party Policies

1. We do not allow any outside food, with an exception of a cake, chips, and pretzels inside our facility.
2. All cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to the party date in order to receive a full refund on the party deposit.
3. We do not allow confetti or helium balloons inside our facility.
4. Saveology.com Iceplex will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.
5. Ice skating is a sport that involves risk. Please be aware that all skaters skate at their own risk.
6. Party dates and times are first come first served. We highly recommend that parties are booked at least 10 days in advance.
7. Up to 8 easy gliders can be reserved prior to the event. Any additional easy gliders are sold first come first served.
8. Any additional food must be ordered no later than the Wednesday before the event to be guaranteed. Any food ordered later than this is based on availability.
9. Although Stanley C. Panther may visit the building occasionally, there is NO guarantee that he will attend or visit any birthday party.
