Nancy Mariani: Master Skating Director
Nancy has been with Saveology.com Iceplex since its inception in 1996 and was instrumental in developing all areas of the facility. She has a very impressive resume with over 30 years of teaching experience. Nancy's high energy and creativity have made the programs into some of the finest in the country. Nancy has developed one of the most exciting Pre-School Skating Programs where thousand of skaters have been inspired to learn to skate. She is highly rated with the PSA, having two Master Ratings, Gold Certification in ISI, as well as other awards and achievements. Nancy is originally from Ottawa, Ontario Canada where she was a "Quadruple Gold Medalist" and a National Competitive Skater. She has performed with Ice Capades and many other world class shows all over the world. Nancy has three beautiful boys Michael, Matthew and Mark. 

Curtis Chornopyski
Curtis competed at several Canadian National Championships under the tutelage of multi national and world champion coach Michael Jiranek.  For over a decade Curtis then extensively toured 5 continents starring as a principle skater with such companies as Disney on Ice and Royal Caribbean International.  Curtis then settled in New Jersey and began coaching competitive skaters on and off the ice while still performing with The Ice Theatre of New York and skating and choreographing for numerous ice, corporate and benefit shows with National, World, and  Olympic champions.  Curtis' television appearances include Kurt Browning's "Tall in the Saddle", Good Morning America, The Today Show, and the Australian reality show "Skating on Thin Ice".  In addition to Curtis' expertise in skating technique and artistry, he also brings to Incredible Ice knowledge and experience in off-ice conditioning with certifications as a Personal Trainer and Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant through American Council on Exercise. Curtis also has a Certified Freestyle Rating with the PSA, and specializes in jumping utilizing the Pole Harness.

Rebbeca Ckark
Rebecca combines her love for the ice with the love for physical fitness. She received her Bachelor degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University in 2010. Next up, Rebecca is working to finish her Masters Degree in Strength and Conditioning. A natural teacher, she assesses her students and adapts her teaching methods to best fit the student’s learning style. Rebecca holds  basic certification with the PSA, a Gold Medal in Moves in the Field, Novice Freedance and Silver dance. She has competed at both regional and sectionals in compulsory and free dance. With undergraduate schooling behind her, Rebecca looks forward to returning to the ice as student to complete her remaining tests while pursuing advanced certifications with the PSA. Rebecca has three four legged children: Sugar, The Dude, Pusswah and is engaged to a local artist.

Martine De la Torre
Martine has been working at Saveology.com Iceplex since 2001 and has over 25 years of teaching experience. Her career began in New York City, where she competed and tested through the USFS levels. After turning professional, Martine toured with the renowned Holiday On Ice International Ice Review. Martine is very involved with in other aspects of the sport such as; Director of Skating School, Holiday Show coordinator, Hockey school Director with European Elite and ISI silver level Judge. Martine has a AS Degree as a Dietetic Technician. She works with athletes of all ages to educate them on the importance of nutrition and how to incorporate this into their daily lives. She is special trained for children with Special needs and is an intragal part of our Special Olympics programs. Martine is the proud mother of three children, a daughter and two sons, who are also very involved in the hockey programs at Saveology.com Iceplex.

Silvia Fontana
Silvia Fontana was born in New York from Italians parents but she immediately moved to Rome. Silvia began skating at the age of 4 and her mother recognized the big abilities of her daughter and quickly decided  to turn to professionals. Silvia became in a short time one of the best Italian ice-skaters of all time, where  she obtained amazing results. Five time National woman champion, Two Olympic games (2002 and 2006).She took part at 8 World Games and at 6 European Games. Silvia's competitive career lasted from 1994-2006. Silvia is a real star and thanks to her popularity she is testimonial of "American Italian Cancer Fondation's" for prevent and research cancer. Silvia has been doing shows and television for many years including  specials for NBC and the famous reality show" Queer eye for the straight guy". Silvia is a world class choreographer who teaches skaters from all around the world. Her beauty and grace are her signature to figure skating and she is always giving back.  Silvia is married to her longtime boyfriend, John Zimmerman.

Vinny Dispenza
Vinny Dispenza started skating when he was 13 years of age and is an active competitor in U.S. Figure skating. He has competed in Junior Nationals 2008, placed silver in the Florida Sunshine State Games 2007 and placed  silver in the Florida Open 2007 in ice dancing. He is actively pursuing his gold and international dances, is actively working on completing the moves in the field and is working on is free style. Vinny loves to perform and has done numerous holiday shows. He gradated from high school with honors in 2008 and he originates from Miami, Florida.

Jenna Dzierzanowski
Jenna began her skating career at age 3 in Phoenix, Arizona. After moving to Canada she achieved a Gold level in Freestyle, Dance, Skills, and Interpretive. In addition to testing and competing in a wide variety of disciplines, she participated in an Ice Ensemble and Precision team. Two years ago, Jenna moved back to the US and has settled here in Coral Springs. She is currently an active Junior Dance competitor with fellow coach Vinny Dispenza, who were alternates to 2010 US Nationals, as well as a competitor at Lake Placid Ice Dance Championships.  Jenna has starred in and helped produce numerous holiday shows. Jenna has been a Junior Level instructor for over a year and a half where she specializes in working with pre-school skaters. Her outgoing personality and her passion for skating, makes these little skaters wanting to learn more! 

Tiana Gallinaro
Tiana, has been skating for over twelve years since the age of five and have trained with various elite and Olympic coaches in Florida and Ohio. I have completed my US Senior gold in Freestyle and Moves in the Field and am currently our rink's highest level skater. I have been a South Atlantic Regional competitor and medalist since the age of ten and am a South Atlantic Regional Final Bronze Medalist as well as a two time US Junior National Competitor and Finalist. I am currently actively pursuing my singles career as well as some pairs training. I am a member of the National Society of High School Scholars and love to be involved within my community, earning 300 hours of community service in my sophomore year of high school alone. I hope to only deepen my involvement in the skating community as well as a junior coach here at Saveology Iceplex.

Brigitte Hoke
Brigitte is a native of Vienna, Austria a gold medalist in figures and free-style and an Austrian and Eurpean championship competitor. She is a P.S.A certified national coach and a certified fitness instructor for the Aerobic fitness association.Brigitte toured all over the world as a star-performer for 15 years with major ice-shows (Ice-Capades, Holiday on Ice and Ice-Follies). She has been teaching for 30 years and is our " DIVA" on Ice.

Ilona Melnichenko
Ilona Melnichenko is a National Ranked Instructor and is recognized as one of the best choreographers in the country. She has instructed at Saveology.com Iceplex for over 15 years where she is teamed up with her husband Artem Torgashev. Together they have produced 9 Regional Champions ranging in levels from Juvenile through Junior. She also trained numerous regional, sectional, and national competitors. Ilona specializes in levels ranging from No Test through the Senior level.  Currently, she teaches the 2012 Juvenile National Champion as well as other national finalists and medalists. She is best known for her exceptional knowledge in spins, horeography, and stretching. Her expertise is also in choreographing IJS programs. Ilona is the former Junior World Dance Champion and was a member of the former Soviet Union National Team. Ilona has her PSA Registered freestyle, Registered Dance and Certified Moves In the Field. Ilona is from Odessa Ukraine, and has a Bachelor Degree in Physical Education in ballet and stretching from Odessa State Institute of Physical Culture

Julie Mulvey
Julie has over 25 years of skating experience. She has trained with elite coaches at various rinks in the US. Julie has traveled throughout the country to successfully compete at the senior level. She has completed all skating test levels to achieve her US Senior Gold in Freeskate and US Senior Gold in Moves in the Field. She also carries a Certfied Freeskate and Registered Moves in the Fields Ratings with the Professional Skaters Association. Recently, she was inducted into the distinguished PSA Ranking System as a Level II Instructor. She currently is an ice skater for the NHL Redline Lady Panthers Ice Dancers and was a former NHL All-Star Game skater. She also continues to perform in various charity events and shows. Julie has been teaching basics, moves in the field, freeskate, off-ice, and stroking at Saveology.com Iceplex for over 9 years. She now travels with her students throughout the country to watch her skaters compete at various competitions winning several medals. She also has her Associates Degree and 3 different certifications in childhood development. Julie is the proud mother of Kaitlyn and twin girls Kennedy & Madison. They all love to skate with her at Saveology.com Iceplex.

Alan Towers
Alan originates from England and represented his country internationally with his wife Lisa Bradby from 1986-1990. He was runner up in the 1990 World Professional Championships in Jaca Spain. He was also silver medalist in the 1990 British Championships. Other medals include Silver at the 1990 Skate Electric Championships in England and silver at the 1990 Nebelhorn Trophy in Germany. Alan was a principal skater with an international ice show form 1991-1995. He is a Gold Star medalist, PSA registered in freestyle and dance, certified in group, and is a national level instructor. Alan is the proud parent of Grant and Jayden.

Artem Torgashev
Artem Torgashev is a Master Rated Instructor in Freestyle and is Nationally Ranked. He is known for his exceptional jumping techniques and his expertise as a Dartfish Specialist.  Artem also specializes in off-ice training and can individualize programs for all ages & fitness levels. He combines off-ice plyometrics as well as other exercises and on-ice training to achieve maximum results in his students. He also has great knowledge in IJS program components. Artem has been at Saveology.com Iceplex for over 15 years where he and his wife Ilona Melnichenko have produced numerous national competitors, medalists, and champions. He currently trains the 2012 Juvenile National Champion as well as several other National finalist and medalists. He has taught students ranging from No Test through the Senior level.  Artem is from Moscow Russia, with a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education from the Moscow State Institute of Physical Culture. He is a member of the former Soviet Union National Team from 1984-1990. Artem was a Jr. World medalist, Skate Canada medalist, Cup of the Soviet Union winner, Russian National Champion and Russian Winter Games Winner.

John Zimmerman
It is unquestionable that John Zimmerman is one of skating's most charismatic leading men. He began skating at the age of 3 but it wasn't until he teamed up with Kyoko Ina in 1998 that his skating really took off. John and Kyoko's competitive eligible career reaped many awards and accolades: 3 US National titles, several Grand Prix medals, and a bronze medal at the 2002 World Championships. However, their proudest competitive moment was their 5th place finish at the 2002 Olympic Games in Salt Lake City, performing two electric programs that were both met with standing ovations. Their bronze medal at the World Championships a few weeks later was the first World medal by a US pair since 1998.

The pair turned pro after the 2002 World Championships and toured with Stars on Ice for six seasons. They have also performed in many shows and have been credited with introducing creative trademark moves such as the "candle lift" and "besti squat" spread eagle. Zimmerman has also successfully pursued a modeling career and is represented by IMG Models. He has been featured in the Barneys New York catalogue, on the cover of Outside Traveler magazine and in a 12-page photo spread in Spanish Vogue. He and Ina were also featured in an avant-garde photo spread in Rolling Stone.

John is married to his longtime girlfriend, Italian skating champion Silvia Fontana. John is currently coaching the US National Pair team Caydee Denney and Jeremy Barret. John loves the Sunny State of Florida and is proud to teach at Saveology.com
