Panthers Amateur Hockey Association (PAHA)

The Panthers Amateur Hockey Association (PAHA) - presented by RBC Bank - an exciting youth recreational league open to ages 8 to 17*, is designed to offer area youth the opportunity to learn and play ice hockey.  The league emphasizes fun and helps participants to develop the necessary skills to play hockey.

*Successful completion of Stanley C. Hockey (Hockey 101), Learn to Play Hockey (Hockey 201), Mini Mites or an equivalent program is required for participation in the league.  For more information about our instructional hockey programs (Hockey 101, 201, and Mini-Mites), please refer to the Youth Hockey Classes page on our website.

Saveology.com Iceplex typically offers PAHA in the Fall and Spring annually.  Evaluations for All players in each division are held prior to the start of each season.

Middle School Hockey league (MSHL)

The M.S.H.L offers middle school age players the chance to represent their schools by forming club teams that play together against other area middle school teams.

The League
The MSHL, which offers a fun, competitive and safe environment for all participants, consists of both pure and composite teams and is open to ANY player in 6th through 8th grade. Selection and placement will be at the sole discretion of the MSHL Directors. Each team must have at least 13 players and a goalie. The MSHL directors may build composite teams or assign individual players as needed to fill the league.

Registration
Players registering as an individual are assigned to a pure or composite team by the MSHL.  Team registration is also available. 

Teams
Teams registering to play MUST do so as a “pure” middle school team. Each team’s roster must have at least TEN players from the same school.  No player may be added to a “pure” team after the cutoff date unless approved by the MSHL Directors.  Each pure team must be able to prove players' eligibility and have its own certified and registered coach. The MSHL will supply jerseys to all teams. Pure teams using their school colors must supply color scheme and high resolution logo for their jerseys by the cutoff date.

Spring Gladiator 4 on 4 League 

The Gladiator 4 on 4 League combines the fun of pond hockey with fast-paced games and a focus on building the conditioning of each player.  Games are 20 minute running clock time and teams are made up of 4 to 6 players plus a goalie.  Rec and travel divisions are available for Squirt, Peewee and Bantam teams.  Team entry only.
